After graduating from Radford University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, and concentration in Production Technology, Justin moved to Los Angeles to work for Red Digital Cinema where he was promoted through the ranks in his 11 year career. Starting in sales and quickly becoming a senior technical advisor for film, television and commercials with his last promotion to business development specialist. He was in the field on the front lines of product development with prototype cameras, accessories and firmware on set. Justin is one of the main contributing factors in the camera companies' success. Red Cameras such as RED ONE, MX Sensor, Epic, Scarlet, Dragon, Helium, Monstro, and Monochrome are some of the cameras he helped to build.
